At 64 years old this was the best Florida vacation ever.

This was our first air B & B and it was awesome. Even though all we had to compare to was motels we probably won't stay in motels again. I haven't got a single complaint about our stay in St Pete Beach other than I came home 11 pounds heavier. It was like being in your own home except I didn't have to do yard work.

I Would Stay Here, Location & Price.

I’m being honest, I’m a little picky so maybe it deserves a 4. For the money, it is a nice place to stay for a couple. More than that, you will be cramped. It is a 1 bd 1 ba, really a studio but it has a dedicated bed area. The bed is extremely comfortable and in my book that is No 2 on my list. 1st is location which is perfect! You can’t see the beach but there is only a parking lot between you and the beach, so literally steps. It’s on the 2nd floor, steps from pool as well. Great location for dinner out as well. Buoys was our fav, we walked there twice. The only advice for the owner, less is more. It’s small but that’s not the issue. It’s all the unnecessary stuff that just takes up room in an already crowded space.

Great place !

Great place !! A wonderful week full of relaxation by the pool or catching the sunset view on the balcony. Very cute ! Me and my family enjoyed it very much and had no issues with our apartment unit. Would definitely recommend to a small family or couple to stay because the location is amazing and beach is walking distance !!

Great Location, Thin Walls

The location of these condos is perfect. It’s literally across a small street to the public beach access with a WIDE public beach. The heating in the pool was broken while we were there (January 2024) so it was unusable. The rinse shower for sand was also not working and in a horrible location for buildings 800, 700, 600 and 500. It would be nice if they would add water to the courtyard of these buildings, because if we wanted to use the beach for what it’s best for, we would drag sand into the building, hallways, stairwells and finally our units. Also, be warned: The walls on the units are very thin and you can hear anything and everything your neighbors are doing or watching on tv. Even if you’re on the second floor, noise can be a problem depending on the guests next door. Units are bigger than a hotel but smaller than normal condos. For the price and location, I would recommend these units.

Snore Fest

Is this location a snore Fest, after 7pm. Or after Sunset???!!! I only ask, because I read a review about someone complaining about noise upstairs. Vacations are not for Sleeping. Stay home for that.
How many parking spots are allocated for the guests???
