Breakfast choices were the usual..strawberries for waffles & whipped cream was a nice touch.would stay there again. Good value for a quick stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is definitely older and could use some updates, but it was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The room had everything I needed, and the staff was friendly and helpful. If you're looking for a spotless, comfortable place to stay and don't mind that the property is a bit dated, it's a solid choice. I'd stay here again.

Maintenance and cleanliness need to be addressed.
I have stayed at the Omak Inn a number of times over the years as I go back to visit from time to time.
Each time I return things worse for wear. Not only is the furniture in the rooms chipped, bent, broken or noisy this time there were side halls in the corridor that were full of stacked up broken Furniture as well as in the main corridor. A big roll of carpet laying down on the first floor right at the doorway.
When I opened up the credenza pulled out a drawer it was full of dust hair and I'm not exactly sure what else as well as not all of the furniture had been wiped down.
I understand it is considered a budget type Motel and I've certainly stayed in worse but as a practice I always break the bed down before I leave and leave it with the towels and wash rags. When I pulled the sheets off of the bed the order that came from that bed was very unpleasant letting us know that it was not a clean mattress or box spring and that it needed to be changed. Obviously the sheets and pillow cases were clean and that masked the smell.
I can put up with chipped furniture and some dust but when it turns into the bedding being compromised in my eyes that is even a bigger health issue.
Again realizing this is considered a budget facility there comes a time where you put some work into the place so you can continue to keep customers and hold a somewhat decent level of cleanliness and health safety.
On a positive note I will say the staff were very kind and courteous and the continental breakfast was, as most of them are, available.
Obviously I don't know what the future will bring but I will seriously consider finding another place to reside and hopefully someone there will take the pride and make the right choice either bring the please back up to its potential or possibly sell it to someone who would.

Rooms were great and the mexican restaurant right beside the hotel was fantastic
