The rooms were good. The outdoor was nit clean. Our car got ruined. Someone poured some liquid on our car. It was all around the car. Nasty and gross.
But the rooms were clean. Loved the shower. Beach access was easy. Swimming pool was green in color and not so great. Our kids were totally disappointed

direct access to beach which is handy, clean pool however the associated grass area needs to be maintained better. for me on the ground floor it was a bit noisy but that is the case with most places when situated on the ground floor

Traumatic experience

I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
During my stay, I was trapped inside the elevator for about 40 minutes. Despite repeatedly asking for help and explaining that I have asthma and was having difficulty breathing, the staff did not call the fire department until I insisted. I had to use my inhaler twice while trapped inside because the elevator became extremely hot, and I started experiencing anxiety, nausea, and a severe headache.
What was even more concerning was the lack of urgency and communication from the staff throughout the incident. Eventually, the elevator doors opened before the firefighters had to intervene, but the situation should never have been allowed to escalate to that point.
This experience completely ruined my vacation and left me afraid to use the elevators for the rest of my stay, especially since I was traveling with my two children. Guest safety should always be the hotel’s top priority, and unfortunately, I did not feel safe or cared for during this emergency.
I sincerely hope the hotel takes this incident seriously, improves its emergency procedures, and ensures no other guest has to go through what I experienced.

The room was nice and the pool was nice only down fall was ice machine was down today and the elevator was down for little but overall would stay there again
