clean room, working ac unit, available wifi, easy acess to parking lot and fast food close to the motel

The internet was awful. The tv had the network Chanel’s only. There was no closet in my room. No where to hang my clothes. I had to ask for a microwave and they did bring me a very old one without a turn table. Because of the plugs I had to unplug the fridge when using the microwave. They are upgrading and you can see they are working on things. They did have a new clean mattress. They did hav good air condition but the walls are very thin!!!

Not ADA Service dog compliant and they don’t care

Immigrant pointed to their sign stating all service dogs must have a certification certificate and ID. This is not in compliance with Title III Federal Disabilities act. When this was pointed out, the owners (3 of them) became rude and told to leave. We had already paid online. They feel free to make up and strictly enforce their own policies no matter how legally compliant they are not. Would highly not recommend this hotel no matter what cost savings.

Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Checking out was easy. The air conditioner worked well.
The staff were not that welcoming and friendly. The bed was hard. There was no closet. The staff came in and took out the trash, but did not make the beds. We thought we had clean towels because they were folded, but in fact they were just our towels we had used folded (footprint on the towel from prior). The shower didn’t drain while taking a shower so you were standing in your own dirty water. When we looked at the drain, it was disgusting with hair and gunk built up in it.

I booked and paid for a king room, and when I arrived, the desk clerk said she already sold her king room to someone else. She basically told us too bad and to deal with it. She was not pleasant or helpful. The room is very dated, and needs work. The sheets had multiple holes in them, which looked like they just cut out the stains. The furniture was very dated and very used, with multiple chips and things missing. The security lock on the door was completely broken and hanging off the wall. We couldn't even lock it. This is a very poorly managed and run down property. We won't be staying again, or recommending it to anyone.
