Amazingly nice woman from Ohio checked us in and really set a wonderful tone. The room was updated and perfectly comfortable. Bathroom was updated and fantastic esoecially the shower. Nice beds and pillows as well. Would absolutely stay here again. Don't judge it by its cover since the outside is under renovation. Walkable to all of the things you want to do. Also free parking. 5 stars.

Perfect location and amazing staff. Charity was so helpful and kind. Will def come back to get that Key West experience.

The hotel was fine, the only significant issue that we had was the ongoing construction. For some reason upstairs there was construction going on at almost midnight and we had to call the front desk several times before they finally stopped it. Otherwise, no issues.

Great first impression the staff was so helpful. The room was nice and clean and air-conditioned. Will definitely stay there again.

The room looked recently remodeled and was very clean. The bed was very comfortable with many pillows and comfy linen. The refrigerator was very cold and the AC kept the room very cold and was a nice reprieve from the heat. The outside is very deceptive because it looks a little run down but the room was very nice. It was also very close to the shops and beaches. I would definitely stay here again.
