We had the one bedroom and it is spacious. Comfortable and clean bed. Good breakfast. Kids love the pool. Walking distance to Juno beach that is full of shells. Safe neighborhood.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO I WOULD!
I never even stayed at this property, yet I’ve had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had with Hilton.
I canceled my reservation and called the hotel the same day. I was sent a guest folio showing a $0.00 balance, so I had every reason to believe there were no outstanding charges.
I was never informed that there was supposedly a $250 late fee. If I had been told, I would have addressed it immediately. Instead, I was told a manager would call me, but I never received a call.
The next thing I knew, my Hilton Honors Gold account was suspended, and now I have to contact Hilton just to have it reinstated. Suspending a loyal member’s account without properly notifying them about an alleged balance is unacceptable.
To make matters worse, this issue is still not resolved. Every time I call the property, I’m told there are no front desk managers available, and no one seems able or willing to help me. I’ve been passed around without receiving any answers or a resolution. It’s incredibly frustrating to be left in limbo over something I was never informed about in the first place.
The lack of communication, failure to follow up, and poor handling of this situation have been extremely disappointing. As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I expected much better. I hope someone in management finally takes ownership of this issue and resolves it immediately, because this experience has seriously damaged my trust in both this property and the Hilton brand.

Stayed here to visit family in the area. Loved the location close to the loggerhead center. Always fun to see.

Unbeatable location! Excited for the upcoming upgrades ⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love staying at this Hampton Inn! The biggest selling point here is hands-down the location, location, location. You are right by the beach, fantastic local restaurants, parks, and the Gardens Mall. It is so convenient. Kudos to Hilton because the property is a bit tired and in need of a renovation, but I overheard that a big refresh is happening next year, which will make this place perfect. The only downside to our stay was the breakfast—it really wasn’t that good and could definitely use an upgrade. That said, the location and staff make it worth it. I'd definitely stay here again!
