Wonderful wonderful staff I ended up leaving my luggage bag by accident they were very quick in finding my belongings and returning my call to pick up .. always very nice rooms and wonderful staff

Terrible service, treated poorly
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is extremely unprofessional. Ben approached me while on a phone call and my encounter with him was demeaning. I had no idea who he was or that he was even employed with this company because he has no name badge on, the women with him also had no name badge. I thought at first they were guests and messing with me. The next morning at Breakfast the women who runs the restaurant was extremely rude after I asked the price of the breakfast, I proceeded to sit down and order still after being treated poorly and while order she talked to me poorly because I asked for an over medium egg and told me the egg would be "messy," then proceeded to tell me again. At this point my appetite and experience was ruined and I did not eat at the resturaunt because I felt uncomfortable. My feelings have been hurt by the way I was treated. I hope that management can use this as a learning curve to re-train their employees. The rooms are out dated and under ran. I will not be staying at a Hilton Garden because of this experience.

Great Staff, Great Hotel!
I work as a flight attendant for a major airline, so I often stay at hotels and resorts around the world during layovers. On a recent stop in Fresno, California, I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Clovis, a charming hidden gem. Our experience there was fantastic and went beyond what we expected.
The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. When our hotel shuttle driver, Chappel, picked us up at the airport, he greeted us like family. He acknowledged that we were weary travelers and immediately loaded our bags, saying, “I’ll get you guys to the hotel as quickly as possible so you can get some rest.”
Check-in was easy and fast, so we could head straight to our comfortable rooms. I’m sorry I can’t remember the name of the front desk staff member who helped us.
The next morning, I wanted some coffee but realized I was out of regular coffee pods. I called the front desk, and within seconds, Miss Erma from housekeeping arrived at my door with a smile and a friendly greeting.
Later, I went to the restaurant to order breakfast to go. I received an immediate warm greeting from Miss Shantel (server and hostess extraordinaire ). She took my order and directed me to the beverage station while I waited. When my order was delivered, she made sure I had all the proper condiments and everything I needed for my meal. I did not have to ask her for anything! It was all there. Shout out to Louis, the culinary genius, who prepared my meal to PERFECTION!
I went to the front desk to ask a question about my Hilton Honors account and spoke with Avy, the receptionist. She was highly knowledgeable, professional, and eager to help. She addressed my question and asked if there was anything else she could do for me.
I write this review in great detail to highlight and recognize excellence in a world where merely decent customer service is almost nonexistent – especially in the hospitality industry. It is evident that team members at this property love what they do and the guests they serve. It shows in their actions and their words.
Additionally, this commitment to excellence is no accident; it reflects this organization's leadership. Kudos to them – shout-out to Daniele (I hope I got your name right; if not, my apologies).
