So rude
Horrible experience. I don’t mind the condition of the place as much as I care about how the employees treat me, and both of them were bad. The shower drain is clogged, so the water just stays there. Moldy, gave me allergies. They woke my family up by knocking on the door (seemed like they were going to break the door) kicking us out because they did not see we had another day booked.

Disappointing experience.
Very disappointing for the the money. It doesn't worth it at all. The appliances are very old and outdated. The bathroom is very small. The face basin sick blocked up. My husband told the manager and he was told that someone is coming to look at it in one hour...all now nobody came. The service is poor, I would never go back there.

Stinky stay
I called the main phone number to advise thst we would be checking in around 11PM. I wanted to make sure that we would be registering later than usual. I called 4 times and was placed on hold each time. On the last call, I asked to not be put on hold, and nastily she said she was checking in guests. I had to call BW main 800 to help me to relay my message to the front desk. She couldn't have been more helpful.
We finally checked in &the damp odor of the lobby could knock you over. However, that wasnt as bad as the very strong paint odor in our room. Also, the hot water faucet in the sink only trickled hot water. It would take hours to fill up a glass of water. Breakfast was OK. They really should get a more happy worker in the breakfast room. No personality at all. Since we were only staying one night, we didnt complain.
Will never use best western again.

Gross!
We were stuck and had no choice but to book here. It is bad. Dirty, and old. Bathroom was so gross I wouldn’t even take a shower. Found out another room had cockroaches. Avoid at all costs. The only good thing I can say is the outdoor staff was friendly.

Bad service, the charge for reservation that they didn´t done,
I made a reservation for six day, when I came to the hotel the manager said I didn´t have any reservation in spite of the confirmation number given by the web page, and they try to charge me the double of the price, so I had to find out another hotel, the next day, I checked my balance and they had charged the whole itinerary even I haven´t stayed there!, I am still asking my refund.It is the worst hotel I have known
