Just wanted to say a big thank you to all of you for all your help and since we arrived Although we started out thinking we would only be here 6-8 months life happened and we are reaching 3 years.
Bobby and Stephanie you welcomed us on day one as if we were family! Your kindness and helping us out day or night, weekday or weekend did not go unnoticed. You made everyone to feel like family and you do not find this feeling very often anymore. I applaud you for your dedication, the many get togethers and oh the laughs we shared. Without all of this I honestly do not think we would have survived this long.
This is not a goodby but see you later as we will be back to visit but in a cabin the next time! Hopefully there will be water in the river by then!

Fantastic for Families!
For a family reunion, we rented three casitas, taking a chance on this facility at this location. We could not have made a BETTER choice! Separate casitas gave family members options for early rising, sleeping in, work space, quiet time, but also for gathering, planning and being together. The Cafe food was excellent! We definitely give this Thumbs UP!

Lovely spot for weekend stay to shop the Hill Country
My adult daughter and I stayed here 3/18-20/22. Got in at last minute due to cancellation. It is small and quaint and well kept right on Blanco River which was extremely low so we did not get to fish as hoped. But we were able to easily visit Wimberly for a day of fun shopping and lunch and go to Wildseed Farm in Fredricksburg before returning to cookout and have an adult beverage by the river. Lovely. Never found public bathrooms but we didn’t need it. The pads are long cement level pads. The spots are very close together but you tend to sit facing river and not right out you trailer door anyway. Lots of fire pits with wood and hige dog walking with trash cans all along for Tossing poop bags so the grounds were clean and not dodging dog poop everywhere. Recommend for nice place to stay while shopping. If river is up then kids may enjoy. If not, they would be bored I think. Bit of road noise because my Rockwood Roo 19 trailer is hybrid with tent pop outs at ends. If you have fully enclosed then doubt it would be an issue. The People are very kind, mostly retired folks and quiet - all in extremely nice large rigs while we were there.

New Owners and now called Blanco River Resort
The Blanco Settlement RV park was sold some time ago. The new owners have done an incredible job changing and improving the area, but the increased price reflects the changes. The best part is the restaurant that is now open called GoodBurgers Co. Best hamburger I've ever eaten.

Loved Cabin 109
We absolutely loved our stay at the Blanco settlement. Even though we were a late arrival they worked with us and it was just what we were looking for. Super cute little cabin with plenty of room for a family of four, and really lovely grounds with a great view of the river. We especially like taking our breakfast outdoors and sitting at their tables and laying in the hammock. There was some kind of construction project going on so that distracted a bit from the view but not so much to knock it down because otherwise it was so nice. The little coffee shop was very convenient and we especially love their French toast.
