The best hotel to in Crete
Location of this hotel is peaceful and the atmosphere is really nice.
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Crete, and what made it truly special was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind and helpful throughout our entire stay.
A special thank you to the reception team, who were always welcoming, professional and ready to help with anything we needed. The staff at the bar and restaurant were also fantastic — always smiling, attentive and making sure we had everything we needed.
The manager deserves a special mention as well. He was kind, friendly and welcoming throughout our whole stay, and we really appreciated his positive attitude and personal approach.
We also want to thank the housekeeping team. Our room was always clean and well looked after, and we could see how much effort they put into their work.
Overall, the staff made us feel very welcome and truly cared for. Their kindness and hospitality made our holiday even more enjoyable. Thank you all for making our stay so memorable! We would definitely come back again. ❤️

The location is kinda good, it has supermarkets nearby, the beach is not really good, if you dont have special shoes for water or dont swim from the start you’d probably break ur legs. The rooms are ok but not for a five starred hotel, its always clean and the staff is pleasant. The atmosphere is relaxing, the amount of people is acceptable. I also liked the food, everything was made really good. P.S. i expected more

Dream experience
We had a room with a spectacular sea view; we would wake up with the blue of Crete in front of us. Spacious, spotless room, impeccable daily cleaning, furnished balcony, comfortable bed, and very quiet air conditioning (a lifesaver in August).
Strong point: the food.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were always buffet-style and truly very abundant. Huge selection: from Greek breakfast with yogurt, honey, and fresh fruit, to lunch and dinner with a Mediterranean buffet, meat, fish, pasta, salads, Cretan desserts... it is impossible not to find something good. Very high quality even in high season and everything always restocked.
Hotel directly on the private beach, large pools that were never crowded, beach bar, spa, and sauna where we treated ourselves to a fantastic massage.
Towels and bathrobe included in the room.
Very kind and super attentive staff, typically Cretan hospitality. Despite it being August, perfect organization, zero stress.
Highly recommended! We will definitely be back.

Relaxing Ferragosto in Rethymno
The buffet is very varied and offers a good selection of dishes. Various evenings and entertainment events are also organized, which make the stay pleasant.
The pool is also highly appreciated, large and well organized, with a particularly relaxing sunbed area. The stretch of beach available is not very large and, considering the presence of stones, it is advisable to use water shoes.
Regarding sports activities, the beach volleyball court is located on a stony surface and the net is not taut. The tennis court is available for a fee, but the condition of the facility could be improved. The bocce balls for the bocce court also appear a bit worn and would benefit from a renewal.
A particularly positive note goes to Andrea, the manager, who is always very friendly and helpful, as well as to all the staff, who proved to be kind, cordial, and attentive to the guests' needs.

Relax by the sea in Crete
We stayed with other couples of friends at this hotel in August 2026. Andrea is a true manager and coordinates a professional and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and well cleaned. The entire property is well cleaned, and not just the rooms; the Wi-Fi is excellent and reaches throughout the hotel, including the beach.
The food is average, which is understandable with an all-inclusive offering; the variety could be reduced a bit while increasing the quality of some dishes.
Some small touches are still missing for 5 stars, particularly regarding the sports facilities, which are slightly below the level of the property. In particular, the beach volleyball court and the tennis court, which we paid 15€ for, and we received broken rackets with which it was difficult to play.
The food is average, which is understandable with an all-inclusive offering; the variety could be reduced a bit while increasing the quality of some dishes.
