Boasting a garden and views of garden, Mas Ardevol PT106 is a country house set in a historic building in Porrera, 38 km from PortAventura. Pleasantly secluded covered by a previously unseen blanket of stars
What you do have are huge, beautiful rooms and unbeatable family treatment.
But what would stand out most would be some impressive homemade breakfasts with local products. Really, when we saw breakfast the first day I didn't give credit to what I saw.
The setting is magnificent, with those hills and hills full of vineyards. Close to two typical villages of the Priory...
The Priory. A region of which we Tarragona are proud. With a wine that claims its place in the Podium of the best broths in the country.
More Ardèvol is straddling that region and the Montsant, the latter with fabulous scenery and... also good wine.
More Ardèvol admits pets like ours, who was happy in such an environment in our company. We matched two other families with dog and that was the icing on the cake.
Very very highly recommended.

Lovely place, great food and fantastic staff.
The place is comfortable, pleasantly designed and conveniently set in the outskirts of Porrera. We had a great time, enjoyed the visit and looking foreward to returning here soon.

A special accommodation.
After visiting Priorat on several occasions, Mas Ardèvol has become our reference accommodation, located in a strategic place to explore this wonderful region.

In the middle of nature, the experience could have been beautiful but........
Natural swimming pool...”mare” where the photos speak for themselves
the owner told us that he had to choose between the (non-drinkable) water in the rooms (supply of mineral water) and that of the swimming pool! in this case the swimming pool should not appear in the description. After 1 day of motorcycling, it would have been welcome.
Warning to motorcyclists, very complicated access.
Massage and wellness room, in the description of course but not in real life: it does not exist, a project perhaps..
For meals, we stayed 2 evenings. Results of the races, 1 very good and the other fair.
My companion on the first evening indicated that of the choices of the 2 desserts, she did not like 1. The next day the owner pointed this out to her and told her that she therefore only had one choice
Wifi, very slow and only in the room located in the main house (not the one in the photo..) we were offered this room but then no wifi
To be a host, it is necessary to listen to customers and above all offer services that really exist.
In the end it's a shame because the place is really beautiful but the service and services are not up to par.
